My last post was in July! It seems like just yesterday. The Thatcher home has been going thru so many changes its no wonder I feel like a whirlwind has been going on the last few months. Let me explain.
August was one of the busiest months I have ever had. Moved Staci, Ashley & Chris to Utah to attend school. One U-haul, trailer for Chris's truck & about 6 suitcases taken on an aircraft we made it. Ashley is attending BYU, Staci-Paul Mitchell Beauty School & Chris is attending UVU. They are all enjoying themselves. Charla & Jade have become the designated serrogate mom & dad in Utah. They have been doing incredible. Sunday dinners, holidays, etc their house has become instantly full with the Thatcher Clan. I am so glad they all have each other to rely on and enjoy each others company. Family is so important.
Mark & I took a few days and flew to Hawaii for R&R it was fabulous but much to short of a time. We have been enjoying our emptynesting time together. We also in the middle of this received new callings to serve in the Young Single Adult Branch. Wouldn't you know it the minute you think you are going to get some quiet time your calendar gets instantly full!
The most important event was Staci & Chris's wedding in October. The day was rainy but we really didn't notice. The reception at the Country Club was beautiful and the perfect party for these two. Pics will follow of course I didn't take any of my own pics that day.
In the middle of all of this there have been huge changes at my work. Learning a new computer system and a new culture has been challenging and at times frustrating. I can tell you that each day gets a little better and that I will become a pro at the system in a few years! LOL! Just kidding.
Lastly, Lily our maltipoo gave birth to 3 pups a few days ago! Ok so now I admit I have lost my mind. They are so cute and hopefully we will find good homes for them but WHAT WAS I THINKING!
As we enter the Holiday season I hope and pray that we all will be able to enjoy the time together with family & friends.

Sunday Afternoon
Today was a lazy Sunday. It was so much fun to have Kyle, Jen & little Tessa come visit for the afternoon. McKenna loves her cousin Tessa maybe a little too much by the looks of the bear hug she has on little Tessa.

Perfect Day for the Pool
What a beautiful day to fill up the pool. Charla, River, McKenna & I brought out the lawn chairs and filled up the pool. It was fun to watch McKenna enjoy herself in the pool.

I'm already tired!
Today's events:
Alarm goes off at 5:10am, Leave the house at 5:30am, 5:45am Ashley, McKenna & I visit Charla, Jade & River. 6:30am Leave for airport. 7:30am Drop off Ashley at the airport. 8:30am arrive back at Charla's house. Feed, bath, play, clean-up, play some more, lunch (McKenna had a blast with the peanut butter), bath again to get the peanut butter out of her hair. Finally its nap time! Yeah! I am taking advantage of the time and closing my eyes as well. And it is only 11am! I love this crazy crazy time.
The grandbabies.
It was so much fun all the grandbabies were in one place last night. I can't believe that only 18months ago we had only 1 grandbaby and now we have 3! McKenna isn't quite sure she is all that excited about River. Tessa is just a sweet little one. She is getting quite the little personality. She smiles all the time. Everytime I look at her I feel like I am looking at Kyle when he was a baby. Of course River's personality is yet to be seen but I am sure he will be just as fun as the other 2. Mark & I love being grandparents!
